Public Sessions at Full Council meetings

The holding of a public session at Town Council meetings is subject to the following:-

· any member of the public who wishes to speak can do so in the early part of the meeting provided he or she has given notice to the Clerk prior to the Council agenda being despatched to Members;

· if no member of the public gives notice to the Clerk, there will be no provision in the agenda to allow a public session to take place

Agenda papers for Council meetings are despatched six days before the meeting.
