We wish to inform you that we will be commencing demolition works week commencing 03rd October 2022 at the above location for Wrekin Housing Group.

We will obviously endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum whilst these works are taking place, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

It is anticipated that works will take in the region of 16 weeks, during this period it would be appreciated if residents could take care when parking in the adjacent roads to the site and especially near to the site entrances.

Whilst writing we would also say that unlike factories many construction activities can be seen by passers-by and children, who are especially attracted by the activity, machines and so forth.

However, a building site is not a playground and we do all we can to prevent trespass by unauthorised persons entering the site, whether deliberately or accidentally.

Whatever may be the legal position, our objective is naturally the avoidance of accidents to children and others arising out of their unauthorised presence on the site and we would be grateful for anything you could do to keep children away from the site whilst these works are carried out.
