Committees

Council meetings are held on the following basis:

Full Council – meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month except in August at 7:00pm.
Planning -meetings are usually held every third Wednesday at 6:00pm.
Policy & Resources – meetings are usually held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm.
Events and Communications Committee – meetings are usually held at 4:00pm on the last Tuesday of the month
Climate Emergency Working Party – meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.
Festival Working Group – meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 11:30am
Annual Meetings – Held in Council Chamber, Civic Offices, Wellington.

Full Council
Meetings of the Full Council usually take place on the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of August.

Policy & Resources

Meetings are held monthly with the exception of August usually on the first Tuesday.

Planning

Meetings take place three-weekly on Wednesday evenings, commencing at 6.00 pm.

Climate Emergency Working Party

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 6.00pm

Events & Communications

Meeting are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 4pm

Festival Working Group

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 10:30am
