Committees
Council meetings are held on the following basis:
- Full Council – meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month except in August at 7:00pm.
- Planning -meetings are usually held every third Wednesday at 6:00pm.
- Policy & Resources – meetings are usually held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm.
- Events and Communications Committee – meetings are usually held at 4:00pm on the last Tuesday of the month
- Climate Emergency Working Party – meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.
- Festival Working Group – meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 11:30am
- Annual Meetings – Held in Council Chamber, Civic Offices, Wellington.
Full Council
Meetings of the Full Council usually take place on the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of August.
