This letter is to introduce myself, Steven Owen, Managing Director of Pave Aways Ltd, who will be responsible for the construction works at the 1 Walker Street building.
Works will include the refurbishment and renovation of the existing 1 Walker Street building, to convert into nine new residential properties for rent and retail space on the ground floor on behalf of Telford and Wrekin Council.
During the time that the above works are being undertaken, we will endeavour to ensure that everything is carried out to make the process as neighbour friendly as we can. Works will commence on site this week and is due for completion Summer 2025.
