Ercall Wood Academy have been part of a community initiative to raise funds for a defibrillator through the collection of bottle tops. Over the last 5 years, students have supported the collection of over 400,000 bottle tops. Pupils from Ercall wood were delighted to represent the academy at the installation of the defibrillator and had a wonderful demonstration of how the kit works by members of the Water Search and Rescue Team. Cllr Giles arranged location and the new community defibrillator is at the Wickets Inn Wellington.
