We’ve received news that Telford & Wrekin Council have managed to successfully negotiate the reopening of Wilkos Car Park. This will involve some make safe works being done by the Councils Contractors Balfour Beatty. These works will be completed this week (weather depending) with the Car Park reopen for use by the public .
Wilkinson’s will be responsible for funding any further works to resurface the car park but these temporary works will at least get the car park reopened.
This has been negotiated by local Borough Councillors for Haygate, College & Arleston working with Telford & Wrekin Highways Officers who have worked hard to get Wilkinsons to agree these temporary works. ”
